Just wanting to jot down some stuff that's happening to me lately.

Siblings started school, things going much better at home without them there all the time.

I start school in about a week. Monday I get my school schedule and find out what I get to buy for school. Going into high school this year.

Monday I'm also going to go to the state fair with my family, which should be fun. We didn't go the last few years, no time, so it's awesome to get to go this year after a long while of not going at all. Can't wait to go.

Spent the day with my cousin after church, watched the beginning of the movie 'A day with the king' which is a christian movie- about Esther, who everyone must know and love. It's a good story, and a good movie, but I didn't see but the beginning of it because my mom arrived to pick me up.

Other cousins get new sheltie-beagle mix puppies, they're adorably cute and just fluffy enough to make you squee in admiration. I wouldn't mind having one of my own if we didn't have the other dogs and I had the time and wasn't such a procrastinator.

Met up with a friend I havn't seen in nearly 6 months, since she dropped out of school to do homeschool. It's very hard for either of us to find the time to meet up with each other and whatnot, but from now on Wednesdays I'm going to youth church meetings with her, which are surprisingly fun to be at. My church makes meetings boring, her's are awesome, even though she's catholic instead of adventist. There's not too much of a difference anyway, everything the youth group leader explained didn't clash with any of my own beliefs. Hopefully my mom won't be too paranoid and pull me out of the meetings, she's a bit worried I might convert or something. Personally, I wouldn't, even though her church is pretty awesome itself, but my mom's not so sure.

And that's my boring life. Erm. Actually, one more thing. My brother somehow damaged/deleted the sound device something or other on our computer, so there's no possible way to even hear sound or anything, it's driving me nuts. It's not the speakers- you know how on windows you look at the bottom bar of the page, and there's the sound tab on the bar, where you can adjust volume and stuff? It's gone, and so is all the important stuff. So I get stuck with radio for now, which doesn't carry a lot of my favorite songs.

First things first, Happy 7th Birthday, Deviantart! I've only been here for about a year, maybe two, total. Not on this account, I've had others before, but I never really used them. I just browsed about and didn't submit. I think my old one's [link] if you want to look at the old old long gone crappy art I didn't submit. :3 I also had [link] which has some of my older (right before this account) but somewhat recent crappy art I also didn't submit. So um.

I don't have much else to say. I think I'll make a new ID or something.

I don't like seeing things I've scrapped from my main gallery in both my main and my scraps. It's annnoooying. I might jsut delete it, resubmit in scraps or something? ._.

D: Heey, guys. I realize I've been posting tons of art the last day and a half, really. I suppose I just recently had a burst of inspiration.

Which led me to a question- What inspires you? Or, perhaps, what triggers art blocks for you? Etcetera. I'd like to hear what you think, really.

For me, Inspiration is mainly triggered by things I've seen others do, or have said. Sometimes I'll come up with a random quote, just out of the blue (take 'radioactive butterflies' ), and I'll draw the result. Sometimes, I don't know what makes me want to draw. Sometimes it's a daydream or story I've read, a song i've listened to, a conversation I've had with a friend of family member.

Art blocks- I don't usually recognize them, actually. There are times when I'm at a low- I can't seem to draw and be happy with the result. Sometimes I'll draw something I'm amazingly happy with, and then I can't seem to draw right afterwards. Usually, I give it a break, log onto the computer, start up some music, do a chore, watch a movie, and when the next burst of inspiration hits, I'm back at it.

I dunno. Just felt like a debating journal, right now.
